After purchasing with us your order will be confirmed and shipped within 48 business hours. We will do our best to ship it to you as soon as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within less than 48 hours when it's not a holiday or weekend. 

Home delivery:

  • Standard delivery - 10.95 USD.

    The estimated delivery period is 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address. Delays can happen based on the Global Pandemic and it remains that we are still facing. Again we do not have control over your delivery time frame. But we assure you that every package can be tracked and it is insured. 

  • Express delivery - 29.99 USD

    The estimated delivery period is 1-2 business days.

You will always receive your TRACKING NUMBER. You can check the status of your order using your tracking number at USPS TRACKING. All items are tracked and insured. So you don't have to worry. 


RETURNS: Unfortunately we DO NOT accept returns/refunds. See our Exchange policy for an exchange. 

Exchanges: Exchanges can be requested within 10 (ten) days from the day of you've received the order.

You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, you can do that too within 10 days.

Exchanges are ONLY accepted with the original tags locked, no evidence of the product being used - and in the same perfect condition as received. No exception!!!

We remain the rights to deny any return or exchange if evidence of being used is found, if the tag was removed or if we did not receive the request and proof of return (tracking number) within the 10 days from the delivered day. 

Exchanging an item purchased at Rio Brazilian Boutique is simple. Send us an e-mail to fashion@riobrazilianboutique.com, providing your name, phone number, and order number. A representative will send you an e-mail confirmation for the exchange. The cost of shipping your item back to us, it's on YOU! But do not worry, we got you when it's time to send your exchange back to you: without any extra cost.

You have 3 days from the exchange request to return your merchandise. If this period has passed and we have not received the proof of return, we will not accept the product back and the Exchange request will be denied. 

Exchange can be made only ONCE for each purchase.

Once we receive your product back, our team will analyze and be back to you within 48 hours with the credit for the exchange. 

The credit for exchange will remain at the Store for 30 days. You CAN'T use your credit to buy products at our Outlet.

  • Only one exchange request can be done for the same order. You may add up to 5 items in your exchange request.

  • Online exchanges are not available for purchases made with a gift receipt.

  • Products on our OUTLET are defined as final sales.
