If you decide you’ve heard enough from us for a while, you can do that too! The information that we obtain from or about you, whether directly or indirectly, helps us understand you better and improve your shopping and other experiences with us.
Above it all, though, our main goals are to gain and maintain your trust, including by addressing any questions or concerns you might have about the privacy and safety of your personal information when it is in our hands. In this regard, we partner with a leading technology agency, to allow us to better communicate with you and to respond to your requests more efficiently.

How does it works?
- To Purchase it's easy. You can navigate on our easy menu by category or by brand, to choose your products. You can always see what is new by clicking on "New Arrivals", Once you found THE ONE you love, you just have to pick the color and size desired and add it to your cart. Make sure you are selecting the correct size. We DO NOT sell, bags, shoes or others accessories in the picture. Everything that comes with the clothes will be described on the product's page.
- Once you get it in your shopping cart we need a little information from you. Basic stuff like: Name, E-mail (to send the confirmation of your order), and the other information are optional.
- After that you can go ahead and choose the form of your payment. This information is 100% secure and safe kept by Shopify only.
- Now it's time to add your shipping address. Be careful and always double check your information. If happens of you adding the wrong address the shipping fee will be charged again on your card.
- Once everything needed is filled out, you just need to click on: Place Your Order! and Boom! You are all Done!
- You should receive an e-mail confirmation within couple minutes.
- We will send you a second e-mail when your order is fulfilled with your tracking number.
- Our delivery services are made for a Third Part Company: USPS. For tracking information about your package use your tracking number and go to: Track it!

Sales Products Policy
For purchasing our products on our Outlet it is the same process for regular collections. Follow the steps above. Our Exchange and Return Policy are a little different as defined below.
Products on our OUTLET page can’t be exchanged or returned. They are FINAL Sale.
Promotions and additional discounts like Free Shipping, DO NOT apply for products on outlet.
After purchasing with us your order will be confirmed and shipped within 24 business hours. We will do our best to ship it to you as soon as possible. Usually orders are shipped within less than 24 hours, when it's not a holiday or weekend.
- Free Shipping to All United States in order + $299.
Standard Flat Rate Delivery to All United States in order under $299 USD - $9.00 USD.
We use Priority Mail Flat rate service from USPS. The estimated delivery period is between 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address. We assure that every package can be tracked and it is insured. It does not matter where in United States of America the package its going to be sent, only one Flat Rate price it's applied for your order.
Express delivery - $29.95 USD
We use Priority Express Mail Flat rate service from USPS.The estimated delivery period is 1-2 business days.
- International Flat Rate Shipping - $42.00 USD
Priority orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST (excluding holidays) are shipped on the same day. Priority orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Generation Love does not offer Saturday delivery, so if you place an overnight/2-day order after 3 p.m. EST on Thursday you will receive that package on Monday/Tuesday and if you place overnight/2-day on Friday after 3 p.m. EST you will receive that Package on Tuesday/Wednesday.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Here at Rio, we take pride in all of our products and know that our queens will look gorgeous on them. We also know that sometimes our fashion instincts can be a bit off and we just don’t love what we brought home. That is why we have a return policy.
- Merchandise should be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, smoke and odor free.
- All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds.
You can always exchange your item’s sizes or colors. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, you can that too within up to 7 (seven) days upon request.
Exchanges are ONLY accept with the original tags attached to it, unworn, unwashed, smoke and odor free, in the same condition as received. No exception!!!
We do not exchange jewelry and accessories. Keep in mind that they are Final Sale.
We remain the rights to deny any exchange if evidences of use are found, if tag was removed or if we did not receive the request and proof of return (tracking number) within the 07 (seven) days from the day you've received it.
The cost of shipping your item back to us, it's on YOU! But do not worry, we got you covered when it's the time to send your exchange back to you: without any extra cost.
Exchange can be made only ONCE for each purchase.
Once we receive your product back, our team will analyze and we'll be back to you within 48 hours with the credit for the exchange as per request.
The credit for the exchange will remain at the Store for 6 months (six months) from the date of the approval.
To ensure you receive a full refund remember to:
- Keep all hangtags attached to unworn garments.
- Remove jewelry before trying on garments. Some garments are made from fine and delicate fabrics, which can snag and tear easily.
- Prevent perfume, smoke, and deodorant from damaging garments. Damaged items may not be returned.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Only one exchange request can be done for the same order.
Exchanges are not available for purchases made with a gift card.
Products at our OUTLET are final sale.
- We do not accept return/exchanges for Tricot, Accessories and Jewelry.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Styles available for pre-order appear with the option to "Pre-Order” rather than "Add to Cart". The estimated ship date for these items is within 24 hours after product is fulfilled . When purchasing a pre-order item, you will be charged immediately at checkout. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your pre-ordered item(s) ship from our warehouse.
Custom items ordered just for you even throughout personalized experience like WhatsApp can't be exchanged or returned.
