Leather Strap: Leather strap in the color of the bag, finished with high-quality non-oxidizing metals, gold or silver plated.

Our Olga Mini Bag has two straps, one in woven chain and the other in leather, with a standard length of 1m. Please add a different length in the purchase notes if you wish.

Care:

Take proper care to ensure your bag lasts for many years.
-Avoid contact with water, sun, alcohol, perfumes, moisturizers, and chemicals in general.
-For cleaning, use only a dry flannel cloth and/or soft brush.

If your bag comes into contact with any product, do not attempt to clean it. Dry the liquid with a flannel cloth, as recommended, and contact us for instructions.
-Store your bag, with the stuffing, in the fabric bag in which you received it, in a cool, well-ventilated place. The stuffing prevents it from deforming over time.
-Be careful of contact with sharp and rough materials to avoid scratches, wear, or even cuts in the leather or lining.
-Pens, lipstick, perfumes, alcohol, contact with dyed fabrics, such as dark jeans, other pigments, and chemicals can cause irreversible stains.
-Avoid putting more items or items larger than what can comfortably fit in your bag. Forcing the closure can deform it.

Warranty:

The warranty against manufacturing defects is 3 months, not including defects caused by use.
Manufacturing defects include parts that are detached or unstitched, malfunctioning clasps, and oxidized metal parts.
If your item shows any damage, please contact us immediately.
Natural leather does not peel; however, use over time and friction on the contact surface, especially with rough areas, will generate natural wear and tear, which is expected of any product.
This type of wear does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Careful use will ensure greater integrity of your bag.
